Info

Jim combines superb comedy, audience participation, sleight-of-hand, and stage magic to create a 20 - 90 minute show which will leave you and your guests wondering. Some of the highlights: Jim reads your guests’ innermost thoughts, leaving them stunned and believing in the impossible. For example, you or an audience member could "float in air" or Jim could literally spin someone's head completely around! Wait till you experience the the magic of the Ultimate Dancing Hank. Watch as Jim makes the hankerchief dance to the beat of the music. The hank dances in his hands, makes a trip around his body, dives to the floor and jumps to his jacket pocket. It even dances inside a bottle! You won't believe your eyes! Jim could take a large metal blade and slice a volunteer's arm off, only to re-attach it moments later. You'll laugh when you find out what he can do with a ketchup bottle and eggs. While many magicians work with rabbits, Jim Lenz, instead, brings out a trained comical and lovable raccoon. “Rocky the Raccoon” has brought laughter to audience members ages 2 to 109! Rocky really works the crowd. You will have to see to believe it! This is just a sampling of the action–packed comedy magic show you can expect. Your guests cannot help but be entertained! Appropriate for audiences of 15 to 1500. The length of performance depends on your needs.

Close Up Magic

Whether tableside or walk-around, you view the illusions from mere inches away. Watch as one ball placed in a spectator’s hand quickly turns into two balls. Shortly after, two balls change to three balls. Finally, dozens of balls magically appear in an astonished spectator’s hand. Other close-up magic involves Jim Lenz reading the minds of spectators. Imagine Jim asking you to think of a person's name or vacation destination. Now imagine the feeling you will have when Jim tells you exactly what you are thinking. Or watch as objects seemingly float in air right before the guests' eyes! Guests will be amazed when a borrowed one dollar bill turns into a twenty dollar bill. With Jim’s close-up shows, every table, small group, and person participates. Everyone experiences the magic firsthand. If you run a business, magic can even be used to sell a product, idea, or service. Close-up Magic may be presented in the following formats:

Strolling: Jim performs from table to table or from group to group. Also great for restaurant magic.
Stationary: Jim performs at a table while guests come and go as they please. Warning! This format attracts large crowds.
Close-up Show: This theatrical presentation lasts approximately 15 – 40 minutes and is perfect for groups numbering 5 to 50.
